9 yearsI've just had a bit of a nightmare with a reverse charge scam call targeted at my daughter. She received three brief calls, and to my disbelief, it racked up a bill of £21.56! I contacted Virgin Media, but they seem rather reluctant to acknowledge that she wasn't the one who placed the calls, insisting she should foot the bill instead. It’s been a right faff, especially with their call centre being based in India-communication is definitely not their strong suit, and things get lost in translation. After a bit of back and forth, they've agreed to deduct £10 from next month’s bill. But that still means we're left with an unwanted £11.56 charge for calls we never made.
