Just got a call from a My Concierge - Call Back Service linked to TalkTalk. They said they can hold the line for you, saving you time. Apparently, it’ll cost you £6 per call, plus your usual phone network charges, and they also send an info SMS for £1.50. The service is run by Miscono SL. If you want to get in touch with their customer support, the number is 03330309016. They also have an email, but I don’t have it handy right now. Be careful, as these calls can be a bit pricey!
