Mate, this bloke keeps ringing me up every single day. And the worst part? He’s got the most annoying voice, singing rubbish that honestly keeps me awake all night. Can’t get a wink of sleep because of him!

I received a couple of phone calls around half past one this afternoon, claiming to be from the British Transport Authority. They mentioned there was an outstanding file linked to an incident at our address. After I told them to stop calling during the first conversation, they had the cheek to ring me again straight away!

I’ve received a barrage of calls from this outfit, allegedly known as Highway Law based in Manchester. Can you believe it? They rang me five times in a mere ten minutes, despite my clear insistence that I didn’t want to hear from them again. I even mentioned that I’m registered with the Telephone Preference Service! The cherry on top was when the bloke on the other end had the audacity to tell me to “go and die”! Absolutely appalling behaviour!
