Somebody rang pretending to be from the London post office saying there was a parcel waiting for me. If that was true, why bother leaving a voicemail instead of just dropping the parcel off? Seems a bit fishy to me.

Got a call from 08979160000 saying they were from the post office and asked if I wanted to claim a parcel, then just suddenly dropped the call.

There was a brief silence before a robotic female voice came on saying she was calling from BT. Apparently, they’d attempted to reach me several times and warned they would cut off my internet because I hadn’t paid. Thing is, I don’t even use BT for my internet! How on earth did they get through Sky's security?

This is ridiculous, even with Sky Shield on our landline, they still manage to get through somehow. How are they doing this?

My house phone rang super early, like 7 in the morning, and it woke me right up. When I checked, there was no voicemail or anything left. I've gone ahead and slapped a block on that number now.

This number has shown up on my home phone a couple of times. Since I didn't recognise it, I just let it ring out. Oddly, it looks like it's getting past my call blocker somehow.

I got a call from this number at my job yesterday. The moment I answered, they started talking straight away and didn’t let me say a word before just hanging up. A bit later, they called again and actually gave me a moment to reply. Then they asked to speak to the business owner. They were laughing all the while, which I found pretty weird, so I ended the call.

They keep ringing a few times daily, often twice or even more, but whenever i pick up the call, it just goes dead.
