They kept ringing me over and over again, it was really annoying.

Had a couple of calls from this number in less than an hour. Every time I picked up there was complete silence, so I just hung up straight away. Seems like one of those annoying scam calls to me. I checked who it was by dialling 1471, but definitely didn’t ring them back. After seeing what others have said here, I get why it’s a bad idea to return these calls - you just get stung with expensive charges.
