I just got my Sky bill and noticed a £16 charge for calls I honestly don’t recall making. I rang Sky to sort it out, and they told me these calls were to a third-party premium number. They explained that calls get routed through Sky but then end up with crazy high fees. Sky said there's nothing they can do about it, which is pretty frustrating. Just a heads up to everyone, watch out so you don’t end up in the same situation as me!
