Yet, whenever I try to get through, I'm met with the same frustrating message that all their representatives are currently occupied. They always promise to connect me to the next available agent, but it seems like it's just a loop, and I never actually get to speak to anyone. I've called countless times at various hours, but the outcome remains unchanged - just that endless wait for an agent. I even reached out to 118118 for assistance in tracing the number, only to be told they don’t assist with tracing for individuals. Quite the hassle, honestly!

I received a text that seemed rather pressing, urging me to call today and reference a certain REF number. So, I tried ringing them from my work phone, but they mentioned it would cost me 10p per minute if I was calling from a BT mobile, which made me hang up rather quickly. Honestly, I have no idea who these people are!
