I ordered something from Ideal World, and they dispatched it using Evri, who managed to lose it. To top it off, I had to fork out £25 just to make three calls to sort out my refund! Absolutely unacceptable! I’ll be pursuing my refund due to their utter failure in delivery!

In a perfect scenario, it would be a mere ten quid.

This is Ideal World, a television shopping network. I've had to reach out to them multiple times about an item my wife bought, which we needed to send back, yet they still haven't processed her refund. It's quite outrageous to be treated this way financially. I won't be shopping with them again!

It seems I received a call from Ideal World about some sort of customer club, and they mentioned I would need to fork out 99p for postage. Quite odd, really!

I can't fathom why Ideal World thinks it's acceptable to impose a charge of 13 pence per minute; it feels like a bit of a swindle, to be honest. In a truly ideal scenario, they'd be offering rates that reflect reality rather than these exorbitant fees!

Just found out I've been stung for £12.81 for giving them a bell. Ideal world, my foot! There’s absolutely nothing ideal about this lot. The reason I called was to sort out the return of some items. Honestly, I won't be dealing with them again!

I don't recall ever ringing this number on 4th November 2017, but I've managed to uncover its owner. It turns out to be linked to a rather pricey shopping channel, Ideal World TV. Their calls certainly don’t come cheap!

I have absolutely no memory of calling this number and can't for the life of me figure out who it belongs to.

I reckon it’s Yodel. They’ve certainly taken a chunk out of my wallet!

I have never contacted this number before. It is showing up on my phone bill and I have been charged for it!
