I’ve had my fair share of encounters with them at iDEAL WORLD CREATE AND CRAFT. The call centre staff seem quite intent on squeezing more out of customers, even if you’ve successfully placed an order online. It can get rather aggressive at times, so if they start pushing too hard, don’t hesitate to cut the call. Just hang up!

It's likely they’ve got my email and order details from somewhere in the past! Just a little speculation on my part, though. Since I didn’t actually answer the call, I can’t say for certain! 🤔👍🏻

It appears that Ideal World continues to engage in this practice as of now. If you're registered with the Telephone Preference Service, I’d strongly advise reporting them, as this constitutes a marketing call. I reached out to them via email; they promised a response within a day, but it’s now been almost two weeks with no word from them.

I received a call from 08717123455 earlier today. The caller addressed me by my full name and claimed to be from Creative Craft, indicating that my renewal was coming up on the 22nd of November. They inquired about whether I intended to renew. I simply replied 'no' to get rid of them quickly.

I've had a rather unpleasant experience with Ideal World. They went ahead and enrolled me into a Supercard scheme without my consent, which I certainly did not request. I’m registered with the Telephone Preference Service, so these marketing calls shouldn't be bothering me at all. Ideal World clearly doesn’t respect that. I've decided to terminate my account with them. I'm absolutely livid!

I recently contacted this number for Ideal World, and to my surprise, I was informed it would cost me 13 pence per minute. I spoke with a lady who had quite an Indian accent, and then I was guided through an automated system that prompted me for various details. One of the questions was whether I wanted them to send a text or call me regarding my membership number, which I had already entered, and I chose 'no'. Not long after, the lady connected me with a product distributor. While I was still on my landline, I noticed a call coming through from the number 08717123456, but I had to decline it as I was busy. The odd part is, I hadn’t provided my mobile number, so I really hope this doesn’t lead to a barrage of pesky scam calls from these folks.
