Got a holiday booked through Sunmaster online and they rang to get my payment info. Thought that was normal enough. But turns out the call itself ended up costing me nearly £9! They rang me and kept me chatting for ages, even though they must have known it was charging me. Why am I the one paying for their call? Stay well clear!!! If they ring, just hang up straight away or better still, don’t bother with them at all!

They rang me and kept me chatting long enough to rack up the charges. Why on earth should I be stuck with that bill? Seriously, steer clear! If they phone you, just hang up straight away, or better yet, just avoid using their service altogether!

On the 6th of January, I called 08717000031, and now, when I checked my mobile bill, I was shocked to see it was way more than I expected. The call lasted 38 minutes and cost me a massive £22.58. After trying to work out who I had called, I discovered today it's a number for Sunmaster. I’m really upset about this, especially since I’m on a tight budget. Not once was I informed that the call rate would be so high - I think it ended up being about 70p per minute! I’m now wondering if there’s any chance I can get this money back.
