I rang up to inquire about a holiday package and ended up being placed on hold whilst they rummaged around for room availability, or so they claimed! After a lengthy wait, they informed me the holiday was a bit pricey, so I decided against booking. Then, to my dismay, I noticed my phone bill had a cheeky £20 charge on it for that little chat! What a disappointment!

I was hit with a £23 fee for supposedly using this number, but I’ve got no recollection of dialling it. I generally steer clear of 0871 numbers. A mate of mine did arrange a holiday with Sunmaster on her phone, so I assume that’s where the link comes from, yet I know my phone wasn’t involved. I won't be booking with Sunmaster ever again, that’s for certain!

It's SUNMASTER that I contacted not long ago, and throughout the entire conversation, there was zero mention of any fees. I distinctly remember thinking, "This chap is dragging his feet." Subsequently, I found myself on hold for around ten minutes, and now it all makes sense. If you ever need to reach out to them, I highly recommend informing them right off the bat that you'd prefer a callback.
