This number rang me earlier and I decided to call it back to find out who it was. Still no clue what it is, but I just noticed an extra charge of £14.75 on my phone bill. Pretty annoyed about that.

I rang this number two times and each call just went straight to voicemail. As someone who uses True Potential services, it wasn’t something I worried about at first. However, when I checked my O2 mobile bill, I spotted charges of 56p for 57 seconds on hold and £1.72 for holding over 3 minutes. Since nobody picked up, I ended up getting in touch with an adviser whose contact info was listed on their website. It really makes you question if you want to deal with a firm that isn’t upfront about their phone line.
