I received a call from this number and thought it prudent to return the call to ascertain who it might be. Unfortunately, I'm still in the dark about who's behind it, but to my dismay, I've found a charge of £14.75 on my latest bill. Quite frustrating, to say the least!

I rang this number on two occasions and both times I reached a voicemail. Being a True Potential customer, I didn't pay it much heed at first. However, my O2 bill revealed some unexpected charges: 56p for a 57-second hold and £1.72 for a wait of 3 minutes and 2 seconds, all without ever speaking to anyone. I eventually found an adviser’s contact details online to resolve my query. It does raise questions, doesn’t it? One might start to feel wary about engaging with a company that isn’t clear regarding their contact number.
