I received a call from a bunch of folks claiming they’re dispatching someone to tidy up my windows. To begin with, I’ve never requested such a service, and they even managed to mess up my surname! Now, I’ve got to ring back on this overly expensive number to make it quite clear that I don’t want their window cleaning services. And just to be clear, when or if they do send someone round, I'm definitely not footing the bill for it!

I just received a call regarding window cleaning services, which I found quite baffling. To begin with, I never asked for anyone to clean my windows, and to make matters worse, they had my name all wrong! I’ll have to ring them back on the number I found and firmly let them know that I'm not interested in any window cleaning. Furthermore, if they do send someone over, I certainly won't be footing the bill for it!
