Over the last month, I've received around ten calls from these pesky numbers. I decided to ring up BT to lodge a complaint, and they graciously gave me the number 08005875252 to help manage the flood of SMS messages on my landline.

We've recently submitted a complaint regarding the aforementioned number. However, it appears that the phone number provided was incorrect. Could you kindly take out 01273 845321 from your records? Much appreciated!

Could someone enlighten me about this company? We’ve been receiving messages and tried to return the call using the reference number provided, hoping to clarify what it’s all about. Unfortunately, it appears that the reference they’ve given us isn’t valid, so we can’t speak directly to anyone. Yet, we keep getting calls throughout the day and right up until 11 o'clock at night, warning us to 'get ready for a collection agent to show up at our home'. The thing is, we’re not behind on any payments and can’t seem to figure out what this is all related to.

We've received nearly a dozen similar calls over the last month. I just rang up BT to flag the issue, and they actually gave us the contact number to manage those pesky SMS texts on our home phone: 08005875252.

We’re always up for a bit of a tussle, aren’t we? (Bruno, 27th May) But it seems the phone’s playing hard to get this time - it’s bypassing the ring entirely and going straight to voicemail.

I've been receiving menacing phone calls from some dubious characters, suggesting they might come to my residence and seize my belongings!

If you find yourself receiving calls from these individuals at 11 in the evening, it's worth lodging a complaint with the Office of Fair Trading-this kind of conduct is simply unacceptable for Philps. Furthermore, if you happen to receive a call that features a "recorded message," make sure to report it to OFCOM, as it's a clear violation of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations. You can easily download the necessary complaint form right from the OFCOM website.

We’ve encountered the same situation as Bruno mentioned on 27th May. The phone has rung only a handful of times before it immediately goes straight to voicemail without actually connecting. It's rather puzzling!

I've received a fair few of these calls lately-around a dozen or so in the past few weeks. Just had a word with BT to raise the issue, and they shared a number with me to help manage those pesky text messages coming through on your landline. It's 08005875252 if anyone needs it!
