I just noticed Virgin billed me £12.53 for two calls made to this number. When I contacted their support, they claimed it’s linked to some marriage records service I’ve never even heard of. I’m challenging this charge with Virgin because it doesn’t make sense. Their rep suggested that maybe someone else used my phone, but that can’t be true since I always keep it locked and no one else has access.
