I recently noticed a charge of £12.53 on my bill from Virgin for two calls made to this number. When I contacted their customer service, they informed me it’s linked to something called marriage records online, which I’ve never even heard of! I’m currently in the process of contesting this fee with Virgin. The representative claimed it was possible that someone else had used my phone, but that’s simply not the case-I have a secure lock in place to prevent any unauthorised access.

I noticed this number appeared on our phone bill, claiming we made a call to it, but I haven't got the foggiest idea who they are. Is there anyone out there who can shed some light on this?

I’ve just noticed that EE has slapped me with a bill of nearly £8 for a call to a number that I’ve never even encountered before. Quite baffling, if you ask me!
