From what I can tell looking at my phone bills, if you ring 0871 221 2478, which should be the main bookings line for the Holiday Inn (like Intercontinental Hotels), the call gets redirected to 0871 423 4847. And you get slapped with a 55p access fee right from the get-go. One time, I called the 2478 number, then dialled the Holiday Inn in Camden afterwards, but the 4847 number showed up on my bill just before the Camden hotel's number.
