We’re signed up with the Telephone Preference Service, yet these callers persist in ringing us. Moreover, we're also on the Mailing Preference Service, but we regularly receive letters from these individuals at least twice weekly. We lodged complaints previously, and while there was a lull for around a year, their antics have returned, so it seems we'll need to report them once more. It’s truly frustrating! Hopefully, they’ll face penalties for their constant harassment of others.

It’s frustrating when companies operate like this, as it tends to annoy folks like us. I had a call from these lot not too long ago. When I pushed them about how they got hold of our information, the agent turned rather rude and just wouldn't shut up. I've gone ahead and reported them to the Telephone Preference Service and the Advertising Standards Authority after receiving some correspondence from them. Interestingly, I noticed that a past complaint about their mailings had been upheld by the ASA, so I reckon they’re due for another round of scrutiny.

They claimed that they only make a single call, yet this was actually the second time I received the same call.
