Simply Be is a total rip off. They hang up on you on purpose just to get you to ring them back again. Such a scam!

I called Simply Be customer service to arrange a return and was totally shocked by how expensive it turned out to be. Didn’t expect it to cost that much at all!

I called Simply Be to complain about being charged £32.00 and honestly, they’re just rip-off artists. Wouldn't recommend dealing with them at all.

Beware of a dodgy outfit called "Simply-Be" online. They basically send you stuff you never asked for, under a fake name, and the number you find on the invoice in the box is theirs. Luckily, my invoice was for hundreds of quid, so naturally I phoned to figure out what’s going on!
They gave me the go-ahead to send everything back but then went silent. Next thing I knew, I received a £17.52 phone bill!

This is pure nonsense. I’m planning to report it to the Hertfordshire fraud department asap, and probably get the BBC watchdog and local press involved too! Don’t open or keep packages from “Simply Be” if they show up at your door - it’s all a scam!

I ended up getting billed £21.40 for a couple of calls made from this number. I think I was trying to reach Simply Be’s customer service but had no clue about it when I was making those calls. This feels like a total rip-off and seems like nothing more than a cash grab.
