It's quite appalling that you fail to inform callers about your exorbitant fees. What a disgrace! It would be much better if you were upfront about these charges beforehand.

It's a right pain, isn't it? When you ring them, they always seem to cut you off intentionally, making you dial back repeatedly. What a cheek!

I recently had to call up about returning an item, and I was quite taken aback by the charges involved. I hadn’t anticipated it being so pricey!

I recently tried to reach out to Simply Be and ended up quite frustrated with a £32 charge. Honestly, it feels like they're just taking advantage of customers. I’d advise steering clear of them altogether!

Received a charge of £17.59 from 08712315000, and I certainly won’t be making any future purchases. What a disappointment!

I recently encountered a dodgy outfit going by the name of “Simply-Be”. They’ve got a rather cheeky tactic of sending out items you never actually ordered, all linked to a fictitious account, and the phone number listed on the invoice that arrives with it is rather elusive. In my own experience, the bill they associated with this unsolicited goods was in the hundreds of pounds, naturally prompting me to give them a ring to clarify the situation!
I managed to get what they termed ‘permissions’ to return the items, but that was the last I heard from them until I received a phone bill for a staggering £17.52!

It’s absolutely ridiculous and I’m planning to lodge a complaint with the Hertfordshire fraud hotline at the earliest opportunity! I might even escalate it to BBC Watchdog and alert the newspapers while I’m at it! My advice? Don’t accept any parcels from ‘Simply Be’ when they come knocking at your door…. It’s all a con!

I've just noticed a charge of £21.40 for a pair of calls made to this number. I suspect they were to the Simply Be customer service line, but I had no inkling of that when I rang. It strikes me as quite deceptive and feels like nothing short of a money-making scheme.

Absolutely absurd! The fees they demand just to ring and inquire about returned items are ridiculous. It seems like a blatant money grab masquerading as a legitimate service.

I just wanted to mention that I received a call to sort out a return, yet I was never informed about any access and service fees. To my surprise, I've found over a tenner tacked onto my EE bill!

I’m baffled as to why there’s a charge of £4.20 showing up on my Sky bill. Anyone else ever seen that?

I received a letter from someone who apparently has this number, but I didn't bother to give them a call!

Just a quick 42-second call that cost £5.10. Quite the surprise there!

The landline rang a few times this afternoon, but each time it was just silence, with no voicemail left. Quite baffling, to be honest!

I've noticed a charge of £4.97 from this company on my latest bill. Can anyone shed some light on who they are?

It’s just Simply Be operating online. For future reference, you might want to dial 01613862075 instead. This number will only cost you the rate of a local call, unlike those pricey 0871 numbers that tend to rack up your bill.
