I've noticed a charge of £16.45 on my account for a call to this number, but I honestly don’t remember making that call whatsoever. I’ve requested a detailed breakdown of the charges, and I also inquired about the name of the business associated with the number, but Virgin was unable to provide any information about that. Quite baffling, really!
