Take heed, my friends! This company is a right hassle. I sent back some items, but they’ve completely ignored my efforts. Meanwhile, they’re still swiping funds from my debit card. When I attempted to ring them up, I found myself stuck in a queue of eleven other frustrated souls! It feels as if they’re just lounging on my cash, pocketing interest while I’m faced with ludicrous charges in my pursuit of a refund. A rather dodgy operation, if you ask me!
