Cameron House by Loch Lomond has left a rather sour taste in my mouth. Despite being a guest and shelling out £180 for my stay, I had to fork out an extra £6 just to alter my dinner booking over the phone. How absolutely ridiculous! This experience has certainly put me off returning to the hotel in the future.
