urgh, dealing with adt was a nightmare! i moved into a place and even tho i ended the contract before moving in, they never actually disconnected the alarm system. in just under two weeks i got charged for 651 calls and the bill was nearly £100! it took me over a month to make any progress and they flat out refused to refund me. now the landlords have to get involved and adt is asking for some invoice number?? i don’t even have a contract, only the bills proving they messed up. i seriously wouldn’t recommend adt to anyone, total ripoff!

Greetings! I'm curious, how did you find yourself inundated with ADT calls? We've just discovered that these individuals have been ringing us regarding UN resolutions for our surveillance setup, costing us twenty pence a pop! Quite the surprise, isn’t it?

Was looking through my phone bill and spotted like 43 calls going out to this number, totally baffled me. Turns out, it's part of a system I have but funny thing is, that system hasn’t been active under any contract for more than five years! So honestly, no clue why it suddenly started dialling all these numbers just in the past couple of months. Strange stuff!

They do a daily system check using this number, but I’m not sure it’s legal since customers aren’t told the company plans to make extra cash from what should be a routine task. When I questioned ADT about it, they did reduce the fee to £1 a month, but I’m still bothered they were charging me through premium numbers without telling me. I’m definitely going to keep pushing on this issue.

Hey there! How was your experience with those folks at ADT? We’ve just discovered that they’ve been making dodgy calls to our monitored system, charging 20p per go. Quite the revelation, isn’t it?

I've realised that this number pertains to ADT alarm systems. Oddly enough, I’ve got a monitored alarm that seems to be rather troublesome; it keeps dialling that number every single day for a whopping seven minutes each time, and it’s racking up a cost of 16 pence per call! I reckon those folks are in for a bit of a tongue-lashing from me tomorrow!
