In March, we received a couple of calls from 0871 200 1450. One lasted 58 minutes and 34 seconds, racking up a bill of £6.47 at the ungodly hour of 4:11 AM. The other, a mere 11 minutes later, went on for 58 minutes and 8 seconds, costing us £6.42. It seems rather peculiar that both calls occurred on the same night! Would you be able to assist in figuring out who might have been using our phone during those odd hours?

Absolutely ridiculous! Onetel has the audacity to charge us for calls to this number while we've got a Cardsave Ingenico machine. I find it quite outrageous that they'd impose a premium rate just to update their software, especially considering the hefty membership fee and the commission I shell out on transactions. If anyone needs to reach Cardsave, their number is 08700 100778. I've just had a chat with them and they advised me to send the bill over to Lauren at 08700 100779. Honestly, letting off some steam about this has been quite therapeutic!

I received three calls in quick succession around midday, but curiously, I was in a shop at the time and there was absolutely no one around. It seemed rather odd, considering that there was no chance any calls could actually come through in such a deserted spot.

We received two calls from this number last night. We've already informed our service provider about these incidents on 4th of September. The calls came in at 25 minutes past 4 on the 8th of April and then again at 43 minutes past 10 on the 10th of April.

In relation to our message dated 13/6/08, it appears that CARDSAVE GEMS was in the process of updating their software. You can reach them directly at 014722 694444 (no option necessary). Simply explain the issue to the receptionist, and they should connect you with someone who can provide the fax number you need to send your detailed phone bill that includes this number and associated payment. They've indicated that reimbursement for these charges is forthcoming, although it remains unclear whether you will receive this refund via cheque or as a deduction in your next billing cycle with CARDSAVE. A big thank you to the webmaster for maintaining such a helpful site!

This number seems to be linked to the handling of credit and debit card transactions. It appears that someone is trying to keep their banking ties under wraps! If anyone decides to report this to the authorities, referencing a credit card scam will likely draw their interest much more effectively than merely discussing your phone bill.

I reckon this number has been linked to handling credit and debit card transactions. It appears someone is keen on keeping their banking ties under wraps! When a complaint was about to be lodged with the authorities, the conversation took a turn towards credit card fraud in order to capture their interest, all while it loomed over your phone bill. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!

We received two calls from this number, both of which came through in the late evening. We notified our service provider about this on the 4th of September, somewhere around 8:01 PM. The subsequent calls were reported at 25 past 4 and 21 minutes to 11 on the 10th of April.

Absolutely, Onetel seems to have taken the mickey by billing us for calls associated with this number. We’re using a Cardsave Ingenico terminal and honestly, charging such inflated rates just to refresh their software feels quite unreasonable, especially considering the membership fees and the commission charges I shoulder on transactions. I reached out to Cardsave on 08700 100778, had a brief chat with them, and apparently, I need to send the invoice over to Lauren at 08700 100779. So, I had a good old moan about it and it really did help relieve some of my frustration!

Greetings! Over the course of the latter part of February and into March, we've received numerous calls from the number 08712001450, usually during the evening hours. It’s puzzling since it seems unlikely that anyone would be making calls at that time. When I tried returning the call, it appeared to be some sort of data line or possibly related to a router or PDQ machine, which I don’t possess. Could you lend a hand? The calling number was 01159375466, and you can reach us at [email protected]. Any help would be appreciated!

Regarding the message posted on 13th June 2008, I’d like to share some information about CARDSAVE GEMS. They’ve recently enhanced their software development capabilities. If you wish to reach out, simply dial 014722 694-there’s no need to select any option. I raised some issues regarding reception with them, and they were quite helpful; they'll connect you with someone who can provide the fax number to send an itemised invoice that lists the calls made on this number per payment. They assured me that reimbursements for these charges are in the pipeline, though the timeline for receiving it-whether through a cheque or a credit on your next Cardsave statement-remains uncertain. A big thank you to the webmaster for maintaining this incredibly handy site!

I've just had a look at our phone bill and noticed a charge associated with the number 0871 200 1450. It shows a call made at 2:36 in the morning that lasted for 57 seconds and cost us £6.25. I can assure you, there was no call made on our part during those early hours. We tried calling the number just now and discovered it’s actually a fax machine! Could you assist us with this issue? I'd greatly appreciate your help. Cheers, Marie.

The number in question belongs to Cardsave GEMS and it appears to have been utilized by the merchant service provider for updating the software on an Ingenico card machine. If you require assistance, it would be best to reach out to Cardsave's customer support at 014722 694444. This call from the machine was triggered by a polling signal, which accounts for both the ringing and the associated charges. Therefore, if anyone notices a charge on their phone bill, it’s likely that they have a Cardsave merchant services device connected to their line.

We've recently received a duplicate bill that reflects calls we've definitely not made. The calls in question last just shy of an hour each. I’m curious - has anyone else experienced this? Also, do any of you have computers or PDQ card machines that are permanently linked to the line in question?
