watch out, it's alcatel support calling! alcatel makes really cheap phones. they ring you up and then just drop the call. just a heads up not to bother answering!

So somehow I ended up calling this number and got charged £14.75 for it. I don’t know who these people are or why I would ever call them. Honestly, pretty frustrated about this and I’m definitely going to check with my phone company about it.
