I've had persistent calls from this number, but they seem either half-hearted or are simply requesting a message for the folks at Westcott Credit Services. We've already mentioned that this number is incorrect and even sent them a letter clarifying that they ought to redirect every attempt at contact. The call frequency feels excessive-five rings on the first attempt, ten on the next, and twenty after that! It’s becoming rather tiresome. Best I could do was imply that they might reconsider their approach-it's clearly not effective. Let’s see how they respond to this little nudge!
