Just keep in mind that it’s “them” who are ringing you, yet you’re the one footing the bill! This is the credit control team from Homecall Pipex, which falls under the Tiscali umbrella. If you decide to hang up, brace yourself for an avalanche of subsequent calls. I’m a former customer of Pipex and honestly, I’m fed up with it! I really wish they’d just leave us alone; it’s become quite the bother!

When you pick up the phone, you’re greeted by a ringing sound that tells you to hang tight while they connect you to an agent. Just keep in mind that even though “they” are ringing you, it’s your credit that’s taking the hit! This is actually the credit control call centre for Homecall Pipex, which is now under the Tiscali umbrella. If you dare to cut the call short, brace yourself for a barrage of repeat calls. I’m an ex-customer and I can confirm, these folks are a real pain in the neck! One can only hope they eventually realise how bothersome they are and stop these incessant calls.
