Absolutely, we’ve been inundated with calls from these characters non-stop. We’ve told them repeatedly to stop pestering us, but all we get in return is cheek and nonsense. It’s remarkable how often they switch up their names and come at us with some fresh sales jargon each week. Honestly, they ought to be banned; we’ve got no interest in what they’re selling. It’s as if they’re calling from a night club with the racket of sirens and bass thumping behind them.

We've received a call from this number several times already today. Despite being on the official register and signed up with the Telephone Preference Service, we still find ourselves inundated with unsolicited calls. Honestly, I'm baffled by the actual advantages of being part of TPS. It doesn't seem to offer much protection at all!

I received a call from someone who seemed rather 'charming' and inquired if we were familiar with Moulsham Street in Woodham Ferrers. When we informed them that there’s no such street in that area, they abruptly ended the call. Quite peculiar, to say the least!

An agent got in touch, asking if we were the property owner. We replied that we weren’t, and they mentioned wanting to know when they could speak with the owner. We had to tell them that wasn't possible. They then inquired if the property was rented out, to which we confirmed it was. After what felt like an age of silence, we decided to follow up again.

Received a call from this 'firm'. As soon as I attempted to return the call, I was met with silence. With our phone number being ex-directory, it’s quite frustrating, much like the experience with BT who hardly seems to tackle this sort of nuisance. Unless, of course, you're willing to fork out some cash!

I keep getting calls from these numbers asking for someone else, and then they have the audacity to say that 'Superman' tried to get in touch! How utterly ridiculous! What a bunch of clueless muppets!

We received three calls from these individuals who were after our husband. Once we mentioned she wasn’t available, they abruptly hung up. It’s rather infuriating! We tried calling them back several times, yet every time, the bloke on the other end simply cuts us off. It’s really getting on my nerves! 😤

I've received numerous calls from various numbers associated with Supreme O Glaze. I've registered with the TPS and yet, these callers continue to ring me. The routine is always the same, and I even warned them about the script they were going to use today. Unsurprisingly, she hung up as soon as I mentioned it.

Ah, that so-called 'nightclub' you hear in the background is really just an overzealous sound system cranked up to levels that would leave most people's ears ringing. Apparently, this racket is meant to somehow lift our spirits - not that we understand how that works, mind you! Honestly, the whole place feels utterly daft, and frankly, strolling in was quite the blunder. What can I say? Times are tough, and we're just grasping at any job opportunity we can find!

Received a call earlier, quite amusing really, as I'm on the TPS list. There was a cacophony of sounds in the background, and the caller mentioned she was conducting a survey, inquiring if we were familiar with Basildon. Naturally, we pressed her on why she was contacting us in the first place. She explained that she was planning to open a shop there next month. So, we took the opportunity to ask, “Is this a sales pitch then?” To which she quickly denied, saying, “No, it’s not a sales call. Oh, forget it,” before abruptly ending the call. One has to wonder when the TPS will implement a straightforward method for us to hold these annoying callers accountable, doesn’t one?

I received a couple of calls from these individuals this afternoon, but by the time we managed to answer, they'd already hung up. It was quite frustrating, especially since my number is supposed to be ex-directory!

We received another call from these people today. We’re also on the ex-directory list and registered with the Telephone Preference Service, yet the calls keep coming. Honestly, I’m not quite sure what good the TPS is.

Absolutely, we're well aware of Basildon Town Centre, you lot! And just to be clear, we’re definitely not interested in a complimentary quote, so do us a favour and take your leave! Just letting them know I’m the one who handles the cleaning round here.

I had a rather peculiar experience with a phone call earlier. A chap or perhaps a lady rang up, and when I asked for a name, it was something that sounded almost identical to mine, but distinctly wasn’t. It could well have been a case of muddled pronunciation, I reckon, as they were rattling off their words at quite a pace. The moment I asked who was on the line, I couldn’t quite catch the first part of what they said. Before I knew it, they hung up quite abruptly as I tried to figure out their identity. It all felt rather off, to be honest. To top it all, I dialled 1471 to find out the number.

These callers keep phoning up, asking for someone to let you know they've been in touch. How utterly ridiculous! It's like they think they're superheros or something. Bunch of halfwits!

This evening at precisely 18:40 on the 9th of July 2008, my partner had an engagement with a group of individuals associated with the number mentioned above. One chap identified himself as Andrew. My partner conveyed that we weren't available at the time, and they assured us they would ring back tomorrow. Quite frankly, we're rather exasperated and sincerely hope the telecom providers take some action regarding these nuisances.
