We kept receiving calls from a woman who seemed to be saying something like “Sather” or thereabouts. It was a bit of a struggle to decipher exactly what she was blabbering on about. All we could make out was a relentless chant of “money, money, money,” followed by a hefty dose of “bank info, bank info.” They were rather shifty, giving us a fake name and adopting an odd accent, only making their intentions clearer when they were trying to pull a fast one on us. To be honest, we reckon their operation is nothing short of a joke!

Without a doubt, this is a scam.

I received a call from someone named "Michelle," who claimed to be offering a 50% reduction on our insurance policy. I made it clear that I wouldn't share our card details. They provided the number 0870 850 4278 for us to call back. I’m quite pleased we verified this number beforehand. I’m keen to have another chat with them so we can express our thoughts on their phone insurance pitch. Cheers for your help, team!

We recently received a call from someone named "Nick" - it was the exact same spiel as before. After we clearly stated that we wouldn't disclose any bank details, they rang us back. Then they tried to offer us a return call to an 0870 number, which sounds dodgy to me.

I received a call from a chap named Carl Rogers from 'Phone Secure' (part of O2). He presented an amazing deal on mobile cover, just £70 for a period of 18 months. He asked for our bank details to set up a direct debit, and as soon as we provided our sort code and account number, he informed us that they would only accept a card number. He then gave me 08708504278 for customer support, but when I tried to call, it was busy. He mentioned I could also reach him on his personal mobile, which is 07886880357.

The company offered us this number, claiming it was their customer service line. They identified themselves as 'Phone Secure' and stated they were dealing with a reduction in our phone cover costs on behalf of O2 (UK). They expressed a desire to cancel our current insurance plan but insisted on acquiring our debit card details to initiate the new, lower premium. However, when we reached out to O2 (UK) directly, they had no record of this organisation whatsoever. Quite concerning, to say the least!

We've been receiving persistent phone calls from this woman-something like 'Sather'-and, honestly, it’s quite baffling! The only clear message we seem to get is a relentless repetition of terms like "cash" and "bank details." It's absolutely perplexing! They seem to use a phony name and a rather dodgy accent, making it incredibly challenging to grasp what they're trying to communicate. It feels like a poorly executed scam, and frankly, we think their operation stinks to high heavens!

We got ourselves an iPhone just yesterday from O2 via Carphone Warehouse. Today, we had six calls from them-two with a lady named Michelle and the rest with a chap who sounded distinctly Welsh. We kept trying to explain that we aren’t the account holders, yet they persisted in ringing us up, inquiring about how the phone was performing and whether we were prepared to switch our insurance. Honestly, we’d sooner shell out £210 for insurance with Carphone Warehouse than take the gamble with £105 and our banking information.

We received a call from a number that was supposed to be "phone secure." Funny enough, this lot had us duped last year, and now they’ve got the nerve to ring us up with some supposedly better offer, claiming we’ve racked up “no claims.” To top it off, the contract they sent over is actually signed by a bloke called Barry Cheeseman! What a right carry-on!

Just had a call from someone named "Michelle" who claimed to be offering us a whopping 50% off our insurance. Naturally, we weren’t about to hand over our card details! She did provide the number 0870 850 4278 for us to ring back, but I'm so pleased we checked on here first. Can't wait to get that call back so we can tell her where to stick her so-called insurance deal! Cheers to everyone for the heads-up!

Just received a call from someone claiming to be "Nick," and it was the same old routine as before. They were after our banking details, but we firmly told them that we wouldn’t be handing that over to some dodgy number that had just called us. Now they’ve left an 0870 number for us to ring back - talk about a scam!

A lady rang me up from the number 07846694387, claiming she had "fantastic" news and could slash our insurance payments from £180 over 18 weeks down to just £75. She was eager to clarify whether we needed to cough up the entire £75 at once or if we could split it into half now and half in six weeks or something of that sort. We highlighted that our actual insurance didn't even amount to £180, and we don’t normally pay on a quarterly basis. It was evident she was somewhat flummoxed and realised we had caught on to the fact that this was a scam. We promptly told her we weren’t interested in her "offer" and hung up the call.

We shared our details with this company, as they claimed to be associated with our network provider, O2. However, we grew increasingly wary when both O2 and Phones 4 U failed to recognise their affiliation. We’ve now decided to terminate our account with them. Take heed and steer clear of this outfit!
