they kept ringing me non stop, like 8 calls all within 10 minutes or something ridiculous like that!

Avoid calling this number back, honestly. Every time I answered, they just hung up straight away. Foolishly I rang them back once, got through, and then they ended the call. When my phone bill came, there was a 67p connection charge. Even after I blocked the number, they keep ringing on and off. My phone logs calls from blocked numbers and today alone they’ve tried 7 times since 8am. It's really annoying.
