Been caught out by a scam here, tried contacting them by email but ended up getting charged 50p for an MMS picture. Absolute waste of time.

I've been dealing with similar issues with this product and it's been such a hassle to get in touch with the company. Feels like a total rip-off to me. I'm currently trying to sort things out through PayPal. Also, just saw on my phone bill that the calls are charged premium rates! Plus, they keep you waiting forever on the line until you give up. Really frustrating!

Kept ringing this number to send back a useless TV antenna, but no one ever picked up. Rang multiple times with no luck at all. Definitely feels like a total scam!!!

I called 08708200084 thinking it was the customer service line for Strong Current Enterprises Limited, the company behind TVFix Antenna. I rang on a Saturday and was just told the office was shut, and to call back during office hours - which means paying those costly business rates! I also emailed them at [email protected] on the 28th of November, right after getting the antenna, which sadly doesn’t work at all in my area - no signal or channels. I asked how to return it and for a refund of £35.74, but still haven’t had any response. Feels like getting my money back might be a real pain, if it even happens at all.
