Received a call from that number today, a mere few hours after we bought a laptop with mobile broadband from 3. The bloke on the other end claimed to be from Three and was offering us some sort of mobile phone deal. Unfortunately, the rest was a bit muddled as his accent had quite a strong Indian lilt, making it hard to catch everything he was saying.

I received a call from a bloke using this number who was peddling various deals connected to the Three network. It felt rather suspect, as it sounded like the caller was situated in India. He didn’t have a clue about our existing contract. Definitely a number to steer clear of!

We received a call on our home phone promoting a complimentary upgrade for our mobile with 3. The strange thing is, they didn’t seem to know our number at all, nor did they have any information about our mobile. Quite baffling, really!

Received a call from this number, and there’s some sort of deal for an open box phone being pitched to us. We politely said we’d consider it and asked for their contact details. Initially, the caller mentioned they would ring us back, but when we declined, they then gave us the number 08707838485. They seemed rather puzzled about our contractual status. Since calls to Three customer support at 333 are complimentary, this definitely feels like a bit of a scam, if you ask me.
