About a year back, we received a call from a representative at what I reckon was MobileDirect, reaching out to a chap named Damien. It's been quite the puzzle trying to understand the mess they’ve left us in. They’re in possession of funds that rightfully belong to us, and it would be splendid to have that settled as initially promised. Unfortunately, we’ve since lost contact with them completely!
