When banks decide to reach out, it would be far more effective if they employed actual human representatives. Let's be honest - no one in their right mind is going to call back a number like that. We did inform the authorities, but they seemed rather apathetic towards the situation. I’ve been inundated with calls from an unknown number, and the moment I pick up, it’s just the same old automated message: "I haven’t received a response, please call me back on 0870 609 2271. It’s essential that you contact me at 0870 609 2271." No clue who’s actually behind it! We steer clear of premium-rate numbers, and you can bet I won’t be calling back unless some proper identification is provided by these callers.
