I’ve got it on good authority that this number belongs to Creation Financial Services, the folks behind store cards for shops like Adams and Faith, among others.

This is just like what Henen mentioned earlier. I received a call from a mobile number, and then, straight after, I got a call from this 0870 landline. When I tried to find out more, the operators had no information on us whatsoever. Quite frankly, it's completely pointless. They refused to escalate my concerns to a supervisor and couldn't clarify how they even managed to obtain our number in the first place. Utterly frustrating!

Called our mobile and immediately hung up. We tried returning the call and ended up on hold for a rather tedious 13 seconds so far.

I've received calls from a premium-rate number and they left a recorded message. I'll be giving the 0845 8630087 number a ring shortly after checking it with 1471. Every time it rings, they request a person who doesn't reside here. Quite the nuisance, I must say!

We just rang them back and managed to get through to a manager. To be honest, we’re not fond of having our time squandered, so if they can’t provide a solid explanation or offer some form of compensation, I’ll have no choice but to escalate this matter legally. And believe me, that’s not something we suggest lightly! 😄

I’ve just received a call from a premium rate number - it’s all in the recorded message if you dial 1471, it’s 0845 8630087. What's odd is that they keep ringing and seem to be asking for people who don’t even reside at my address! Quite perplexing, isn't it?
