Received a couple of calls from this number but they didn’t leave any message. When we called back, we were met with a different regional ringing tone. There was no one on the other end, which was a relief as it seems I’m not the only one experiencing this. Surely there are regulations in place to prevent people from incessantly ringing like this? The cost of ringing back was probably outrageous as well, which is quite infuriating!

This has occurred to us just as we were drifting off to sleep-no response immediately after we started talking. Next time it happens, I plan to give them a bell, have a natter, and cancel our package. Let’s see when this incessant ringing finally comes to an end!

I've received a barrage of calls this week. The automated message has a peculiar ring to it, almost reminiscent of the old AOL days, especially when I dial "1471" to check the number. The accent was rather tricky to make out. I’m used to chatting with customers, but this lot doesn’t seem keen on having a natter.

Called three times but as soon as we picked up, there was nothing on the other end. We're using pay as you go and haven't put our number on any register, so I'm baffled as to how they obtained it. Any ideas on where this might be coming from?

We're quite pleased to have stumbled upon this site! We've been getting calls from this number too, and when we tried ringing it back, all we got was a woman's voice saying, "You've been called by... I'll get in touch another time." It felt a bit mysterious, but it might just be our friends over at TalkTalk.

We've had this number call us a staggering eight times today alone! It all kicked off around half past one in the afternoon, and just about an hour ago, we received yet another call at two minutes past eight. We've chosen not to answer these calls since we simply don’t engage with numbers we're unfamiliar with. Still, it’s utterly maddening, to say the least!

I just received one of those pesky calls. My phone has Caller ID, but it's been on the blink for weeks - that said, this number actually popped up. I'm a Speak Speak customer, so it’s possible it’s linked to them. Interestingly, I’ve had a couple of rings from them recently, back when I was with BT. The poor chap must have felt rather foolish when I let him know I was indeed a Speak Speak client!

Earlier today, this number rang just around dinner time, but all I got was silence on the answering machine-no message left at all. Then, they tried again during tea time, but there was nobody on the line. When I dialled 1471, it revealed the number 00278703305275. Seems like a typical overseas call, doesn’t it? I attempted to ring them back, but all I got was this dreadful screeching noise, reminiscent of a fax machine. Quite odd, if you ask me.

We've been getting a fair share of these pesky calls ourselves. Our internet provider was TalkTalk, and it turns out these callers are actually from AOL, not TalkTalk as we first thought. Frustratingly, they've washed their hands of the situation and sent us off to deal with AOL directly! It’s quite the hassle, really.

Just received a call from this number a mere five seconds ago, but there was absolutely nobody on the line. Such a frustrating experience, and frankly, it feels like a complete waste of time to even pick up the phone. I've received multiple calls from this number since earlier today, but oddly enough, nobody seems keen to answer when I respond.
