I received a call that started off as an inquiry regarding our Sky warranty. Since we neither have nor desire a warranty for our Sky box, the conversation quickly shifted to them trying to peddle a phone and broadband deal. They claimed to represent Satlink and mentioned they had a list of numbers from Sky for individuals with out-of-warranty boxes. As we’re registered with the Telephone Preference Service, I've gone ahead and lodged a complaint with them too.
