I've just received a text from this company, and after trying to call them, it seems they were busy, so we hung up. We do have an account with MBNA, but rest assured, we're up to date on all our payments. Since we decided to cancel the payment protection on our card, MBNA has been in touch constantly, especially as we're exploring the possibility of remortgaging, which we politely turned down. Furthermore, we've been inundated with unsolicited letters from various firms pushing loans. Honestly, it feels like this is crossing the line into harassment territory.

Absolutely the same situation. I received a message asking to ring back someone named Mike before 9 in the evening, along with a reference number. Honestly, we're completely in the dark about who this might be and there's no way we're calling back a premium 0870 number.
