Got called about ten times in a few days from this number. Every time it just went to voicemail but they never left any message. Proper irritating and felt like harassment! Since I don’t have caller ID, I held off answering until I could check 1471 and see who it was - definitely not the best way to handle it.

Today I got calls from 00 44 854 63 789 34 and also from 0 854 63 789 34. Neither spoke a word, just silence. I've gone ahead and blocked both numbers now. Seems like they're really pushing hard to get me on their list or something.

They ring me a bunch of times every day. Only once did they leave a voicemail, but it was just a lady saying "hello" repeatedly like she didn’t realise it was an answering machine.

I've been getting between 5 and 10 calls every day for a week now. To manage them, I let my answerphone pick up first to screen out unwanted calls. Whenever I listen back, there's silence on the other end, which tells me it’s one of those auto-dialler things that patches through once you answer or say something. Not once have they left a message. Honestly, it’s really starting to get on my nerves. I wish I could just have a proper chat with whoever it is, face to face. I've marked these calls as “harassment” since the caller never actually says anything at all.

They kept ringin me at 09:48, then again at 12:12 and once more at 15:21 today - seriously won't stop. Luckily, Call Guardian saved me by blocking them. Cheers for that!

Got called five times in one day by a bloke with an Asian accent claiming to be from the Telephone Preference Service - which I knew wasn't legit. He even knew my last name and then tried to get me to pay for an upgraded TPS service, which was a total scam. I hung up straight away. Sometimes I let it ring through to my voicemail, but they’d just hang up before leaving any message. Proper dodgy behaviour.

It's the usual rubbish about some GPS scam. Just ignore them, block the call, or tell them where to go - but definitely don’t hand over any bank info!

Some guy with an Indian accent, calling himself Robin, rang me claiming to be from the Telephone Preference Service. He said he wanted to offer an upgrade. Weirdly, he already knew my name and where I live. I calmly told him to send any info by post and hung up. Honestly, it’s kinda scary!

I told them the service is free and always has been. They kept going, claiming there’s no monthly or yearly cost, just a one-time payment right now. Didn’t have the patience for it, so I just told her straight to find a proper, honest job and ended the call.
