It seems that Barclays Partner Finance might be after some cash that you haven't settled yet. They can be quite a nuisance, can't they? Just a heads up, they operate alongside Tesco, and the payments I make each month go to Barclays Partner Finance, not Tesco Mobile. They only tend to bother you if there are outstanding dues. They’re a bona fide organisation, mind you, and they usually ring me from the same couple of digits. Occasionally, they swap numbers due to the direct debit arrangement with their other divisions. Best to get in touch with them and sort it out, as they can really drive you up the wall-it's quite mad!

Lately, we've been inundated with persistent calls that either go silent or ask for someone who isn't us. When we inform them of the wrong number, the calls keep coming. We've asked them to stop, and while I did have a nice chat with a helpful lady at Barclays, our phone provider advised me to drop them an email to lodge a formal complaint and request the removal of our number from their records.

I’ve been bombarded with countless calls from this bunch of absolute numpties! They never seem to bother leaving a message, but they do find the time to call me three times every single day! It’s infuriating! There really ought to be proper measures in place to handle these sorts of companies!
