Their narrative seems to shift constantly; today they mentioned something about us supposedly purchasing a mobile phone. I implore anyone from the company who happens to see this, kindly cease the incessant calls regarding this individual [S]. We genuinely do not know anyone called "Cod"!

I had a rather odd experience with a woman who rang me up out of the blue. She was prying into some personal details like my name and address. However, when I tried to gain a bit of clarity by throwing a couple of straightforward questions her way, such as “Who are you?” and “What’s this about?”, she completely dodged giving me any proper answers. It didn't take long before she hung up, leaving me to wonder what on earth that was all about! Honestly, just another case of dealing with random callers, I guess!

We've been getting this automated message that goes something like *Beep* "Good day, this is an important message for Mr. __, Mr. __, and Mr. __". Honestly, we don't have a clue who these people are! It’s become quite tiresome, to be perfectly honest.

It's rather irritating, isn't it? We keep getting calls from these individuals. The other day, our little boy, just three, happened to grab the phone while we were briefly out of sight and inadvertently left it off the hook for a whopping 45 minutes. I can only imagine how much fun those callers had listening to Roary the Racing Car in the background!

We recently received a phone call from BCW, and the person on the other end was rather rude, insisting on our identity. My response was, "You called us-who exactly are you?" She then informed me that they couldn’t disclose their information due to the Data Protection Act. I countered by saying that we, too, are protected under the Data Protection Act, which seemed to infuriate her, as she started shouting and claimed we had no rights. If anyone else happens to get a call from these folks, do let them know that the call is likely being generated automatically. They’ll probably just hang up on you. You can also reach out to your phone provider and ask them to block that number from reaching you again.

The team here are quite unpleasant, condescending, and definitely not patient. Despite being informed by both myself and my former flatmate that the issue had been sorted, they continue to bombard me with calls. I can assure you I never owed a penny, and I've got written confirmation of that from their 'client.' The last lady I spoke to actually hung up as soon as I asked if she had received any customer service training. Honestly, what an absolute bunch of muppets!

A chap called us up asking for the previous owner. The moment we indicated we didn’t know her, he insisted on getting our name and address. When we declined, he threatened to mark us down as unhelpful and mentioned he would continue to ring us! It’s absolutely ridiculous! Let’s not overlook that if you're being harassed by phone calls, it's advisable to lodge a complaint with the Office of Fair Trading. Debt collectors are required to hold appropriate credit licences, and if they're lacking these credentials, they shouldn't be making those calls at all. When the OFT receives a sufficient number of grievances about their conduct, the calling company could find themselves in hot water. You are entitled to safeguards under the Protection from Harassment Act if you're bombarded with incessant calls. Similarly, Trading Standards has the ability to take legal action against them under the Administration of Justice Act.
