This phone number belongs to Tena Direct, a company supplying hygiene products to the NHS in the UK. They sell items to NHS patients via the NHS foundation trust, but annoyingly, the only way to order is through this pricey premium rate number. I personally think it’s pretty dodgy and unfair that they make customers pay extra just to get through. This sort of practice really ought to be banned.

this number rang me, i never dialled it and now my phone bill shows a 20p per minute charge. such a rip off!

This number kept ringing me about 5 times on the 18th and 19th of July, 2016. I never actually answered, but just to be sure, I checked my landline to see if I’d missed anything. Turns out, I got charged for that check somehow - some calls cost me 13p, others even went up to 59p! Ridiculous.

Don't bother calling back, it ended up charging me nearly 39p a minute on my mobile. The number [02] was switched up from different caller ID sources. Looks like it's a dodgy number for ordering NHS bladder and bowel supplies yourself.
