I've never dialled this number myself. O2 looked into it for me and said it’s not linked to any business. Weirdly, it appeared on my phone bill several times during June 2019, even though I never called it. It ended up costing me £20.99. When O2 tried ringing the number back, a bloke answered but quickly hung up. Sounds like some dodgy scam that sneaks onto your bill and charges your account. Best to steer clear of it, never pick up or call it, and if it shows on your statement, let your provider know straight away!
