Received a call from someone I couldn't identify.

Not sure who they were, but calling them back ended up costing me £2, which seemed a bit steep...

Got a call earlier from a lady saying she was with Albany Insurance about some accident claim. She knew my name and address, which was odd. I'm pretty sure our number was passed on by someone at O2 since it’s only ever been used by family and never had any issues before. When I asked a few questions, she just hung up on me. Definitely a scam!!!! Reported it to our insurance and checked Albany’s official website. The number came up as 00 08456800056.

Honestly, these calls are so frustrating! They keep calling me like two or three times in a row, but when I try to answer or call back, there’s never anyone on the other end. It’s like they don’t want you to talk to them at all. Such a waste of time and totally annoying.

I've been getting calls from this number all day long, both on my mobile and landline. It’s easily like 5 times a day. One day, they called my landline, then my mobile, then back to the landline, and finished up on my mobile again. They never tell me who they are and keep calling even though I just don’t pick up anymore. Really annoying!

I got a phone call the other day with someone asking for my husband. I told them he wasn’t here and asked what it was about. The person then snapped at me, asking “why are you being so nosy?” I was stunned and asked where they were ringing from. They just said “forget it” and hung up. When I tried calling the number back to complain, all I got was a message saying the line was no longer in service. Who on earth are these people???
