This phone number belonged to Virgin Mobile, and I reached out through their website to inquire about using my phone while abroad. However, when I called, the customer service team seemed completely clueless and didn't have any record of my inquiry. It's frankly a total swindle! We racked up a bill of £5.18 just for a twenty-minute call, only to be told our phone was supposedly set up for international roaming. But as soon as we landed overseas, it was a different story - none of the networks worked, and my screen displayed a rather frustrating "not permitted" message. What a letdown!
