This number rang me at about 12.46 in the middle of the night. I tried getting in touch with Ofcom to report it, but they said since I never picked up, they can't really do anything. I’d urge anyone else who got a call from this number during those early hours to ring Ofcom and make a complaint as well. Their contact is 0207 981 3040.
