Doesn't matter if they’re TPS registered or not, these people just blatantly ignore the rules and keep ringing non-stop. I came across a decent way to deal with these annoying calls. If you’re a bloke and it’s a bloke calling, invite him out for a pint. You'll get a weird silence followed by a quick hang-up. If you’re a lady, give it a go too - it works just as well.
