I received a text from HSBC using this number, so I decided to give it a call. It took them ages-about fifteen seconds, mind you-to work out what was going on, and they were utterly clueless! So frustrating! Banks ought to be banned from sending such messages. Honestly, these folks should start imposing hefty penalties on banks for the stress they've caused us. After all, they’ve mishandled a staggering £1.4 trillion of our funds, sending the economy into a tailspin while they seem to get away with it unscathed!

Received a text from HSBC prompting us to call this number. When we did, we ended up at a call centre that seemed to have no clue who we were. The representative barely gave us a moment of her time before transferring us around, and in total, we probably spent only about seven seconds engaged in conversation. Quite the frustrating experience!

We received a text from HSBC instructing us to call this number. So, we did, only to find ourselves connected to a call centre that had absolutely no clue about our situation.
