I've been dealing with a rather perplexing situation regarding a phone number that has appeared repeatedly on my brother's bill. I reached out to his phone provider for some clarity, but the only explanation they could muster was that this number dials in, and when my brother answers, that’s when the charges pile up. I explained that his telephone line is exclusively linked to his broadband and a careline service, yet they remain adamant and refuse to refund the erroneous charges!
