Cheers, everyone! We just received the same call earlier today regarding Sam Ford on 08456012521.

I received a call from a chap claiming to be with the TV licensing folks. He was keen to know when a Mr Archer resided at my address, as apparently, this was the sole number in their records. It seems they're using random numbers to reach out and make inquiries. The caller insisted they needed to ascertain our location. It’s rather puzzling, isn’t it? One can’t help but wonder if these companies have a comprehensive database with all our details logged away somewhere.

We've just received a call from the same number, but to be honest, we're not inclined to ring them back. It's one of those cases where it would be more crucial for them to return our call if they really needed to get in touch.

Naturally, when it comes to that TV licensing company, these chaps always seem to ring me up! Please don’t suggest I call them back! In reality, that just doesn’t happen, especially considering I don’t even own a television!

We keep receiving calls from this number relentlessly. It turns out to be about the TV licence. When we called the number back, the individuals on the other end claimed we're in arrears and need to settle a payment. The truth is, we don't owe anything at the moment! It's so frustrating to be pestered by these robotic calls. Honestly, if they wish to communicate with us, it would be far preferable if they did so with a real person rather than an automated voice.

I received a message today regarding my TV licence, and it seems I was just a day overdue on a payment. Instead of a simple note from TV Licensing, I’m being directed to call some chap named Sam Ford on a premium-rate number. Why not just have the courtesy to identify themselves as TV Licensing? It's a bit odd, isn't it?

Got another one of those calls from a robotic voice, urging us to dial a mobile number for a certain Sam Ford. Right, as if that wouldn't raise a few eyebrows! What’s next? Should we just share our credit card details on Facebook while we're at it? Ridiculous!

We received a call from this number featuring an automated female voice urging us to return the call, referencing a quote number and asking to speak with Sam Ford. However, they hung up the moment we answered the call. Odd behaviour indeed!

I just received a call from these individuals, but they remained completely silent on the line. Very peculiar!

It's the television licensing department; we happened to receive a call from them.

Absolutely! We experienced the very same issue, where a pre-recorded voice prompted us to ring back someone named "Sam Ford." Honestly, it's baffling that they assume anyone would take a call from a machine seriously! How absurd!

I received a call from a lady claiming to be from TV Licensing. She was asking for a name we’ve never come across before. She wanted to know our region code, but we chose not to divulge that information. Quite peculiar, don't you think?

We've received a call from this number and I'm quite intrigued to find out who it belongs to. Anyone have any insights?

I'm rather baffled by the whole situation. Was that a genuine TV licence query or just a hoax? I won’t be returning the call regardless. I’d prefer to communicate through proper channels, even if it turns out there was some truth to it. It's not exactly the kind of approach I appreciate!

It turns out it was the TV licensing folks again; we keep receiving calls like this quite frequently. I’m merely a month overdue, mind you!

Oh, those crafty lot at the government with their surveillance tactics! So, I bought a new DVD player, and lo and behold, they insisted on having my address. Quite the wily situation, isn't it? It’s as if Donald Duck has a way of being everywhere at once!

These muppets keep ringing us every ten minutes, and the moment we pick up, there’s nobody on the other end! It’s absolutely ridiculous! And just to add insult to injury, I've already settled my bill in full! What a joke!

I recently received a call from this number as well, and we chose to disregard it. Consequently, they left a rather robotic message from an automated woman, urging us to ring an 0845 number for a chat. As if that would ever happen! Whoever's behind this, I sincerely hope they take the hint and leave us in peace!

As per government regulations that came into effect on the first of May in 1999, and were later updated on the 11th of December 2003 with the Implementation of the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations, it's against the law to ring people for unsolicited sales or marketing purposes if they have indicated their preference against such calls.

I received the same message as someone else, and it led me to try to contact a Sam Ford. After calling back, I found out it was regarding the TV licence. I was connected to a representative right away, but they wouldn’t share any details with me. Thankfully, they did clarify the organisation behind the call.

Absolutely the same situation for me! I received a voicemail from these folks, simply requesting a reference number. So, I decided to plug the phone number into a search engine, and voilà, here I am! Clearly, the advice to "ignore" was wisely followed.
