Every morning around 8.30 to 9 am, this number keeps ringing my phone and just cuts off. It’s really irritating!

Just after the call at 9.19, I rang the main Lloyds TSB line and was just met with a lot of pointless going in circles. The person I spoke to didn't know the number and seemed to have no clue what TPS even was. They basically told me there was nothing they could do and no one else to talk to about it. It took me nearly 40 minutes just to get them to jot down that I’d had a pestering call. Then they suggested it could be some kind of scam, which makes their earlier lack of interest feel really careless to me.

So, it was 9:19 on a Saturday morning and I was trying to catch some more sleep because I was dead tired. Then out of nowhere, Lloyds TSB rings me up. I pick up but they just cut off straight away. I gave them a ring back but all I got was that typical “we’re really busy right now, but someone will be with you soon” message. Well, “soon” must mean like 10 minutes or longer, cos I was left hanging for ages!
