After a follow-up with the tax credits office, it turns out we don’t owe anything at all! Who on earth are these people, and how did they come by all our information? It’s quite troubling, to say the least.

However, upon reaching out to the tax office, we found there was no overpayment at all. I'm left wondering who these individuals are and how they ended up with all our details. What a puzzling situation!
